1. What materials are used in Odyssey Nomad products?

All items are handmade using premium natural fabrics and materials, including organic cotton, linen, leather, and ethically sourced accessories. We prioritize sustainability and durability in every piece.  

2. Where are your products made?

Our clothing and accessories are handcrafted by skilled artisans in small workshops worldwide, ensuring fair labor practices and attention to detail.  

3. Do you offer sales or discounts?

Sign up for our newsletter to receive exclusive updates on promotions, seasonal sales, and early access to new collections. 

4. How do I contact customer service?

Reach us at support@odysseynomad.com within 24–48 hours for assistance.

 Product Care

1. How do I care for cotton/linen clothing?
  • Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with mild detergent.  
  • Avoid bleach. Air dry to prevent shrinkage and maintain fabric integrity.  
  • Iron on low heat while slightly damp.  
2. How should I care for leather goods (bags, purses)?
  • Wipe with a dry, soft cloth to remove dust.  
  • Condition leather every 3–6 months with a natural leather conditioner.  
  • Keep away from direct heat or moisture.
3. Can I remove stains at home?

For cotton/linen, use a mild soap and cold water. For leather, avoid water—consult a professional cleaner for stubborn stains.  

4. How do I store seasonal items?

Store in breathable cotton bags away from sunlight or humidity. Avoid plastic to prevent mildew. 

5. How do I care for accessories like scarves or jewelry?
  • Scarves: Hand wash in cold water and lay flat to dry.  
  • Jewelry: Keep dry and store in a soft pouch to avoid tarnishing.

 Returns & Exchanges

1. What is your return policy?

Unworn, unwashed items with original tags may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

2. How do I initiate a return?

Email returns@odysseynomad.com with your order number and reason for return. 

3. What items are final sale?

Clearance items, earrings (for hygiene reasons), and customized products cannot be returned.

4. What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund.  

5. Do you offer international returns?

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and customs fees. Refunds exclude original shipping charges. 

 Shipping

1. Where do you ship?

We ship globally! Delivery times vary by location (7–12 business days in the EU., 7–21 days internationally).

2. How long does processing take?

Handmade items require 3–5 business days to process before shipping.

3. Can I track my order?

Yes! A tracking link will be emailed once your order ships. 

4. Are customs fees included?

International buyers may incur customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Do you offer international returns?

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and customs fees. Refunds exclude original shipping charges.
